Cara Seymour is a freelance dancer, producer, and performer. Her performing credits include: Company XIV, The Metropolitan Opera Ballet, Tom Gold Dance, Spiegelworld, MOMIX, Brian Brooks Moving Company, and White Wave Dance, among other projects. Her dancing has been featured on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, The Gilded Age, PBS' Great Performances, The Knick, and Etoile. Cara works closely with several visual artists, musicians, poets, and burlesque producers creating bespoke performances for various independent projects. She holds a BFA from The Juilliard School.
