Originally from the Chicago area, Eve Jacobs is a dancer, choreographer, and educator based in NYC. Eve toured internationally with Jessica Lang Dance from 2015-2019, and is currently performing with Cornfield Dance and Douglas Dunn + Dancers. In addition, she has appeared in productions at The Metropolitan Opera, Washington National Opera, The Merce Cunningham Trust, and Buglisi Dance Theater. Her choreography has been featured at La Mama Experimental Theater Club, Ailey Citigroup Theater, and The Miller Theater at Columbia University, among other venues. Eve holds a BFA from The Juilliard School, where she received the Hector Zaraspe Award for Choreography, and an MFA from Hunter College, where her artistic research was recognized with the 2024 Dean’s Award for Outstanding Master’s Thesis. She serves on the dance faculty of both Hunter College and Marymount Manhattan College.
