Created specifically as a video work, this piece incorporates the movement material from the stage work of the same title. The camera moves in and around the two women navigating the two stools, capturing different angles and perspectives in a mesmerizing flow of shifting visual and emotional images. This work highlights and enhances the two women’s intimacy with themselves, and each other, and frames the geometry of the red stools and the shapes created by the women’s bodies.
